Dear Sir, 

Please accept this letter as formal notification that I am resigning from my position as a Secretary with Janata Ma. Vi. Purwa Bidhyarthi Sangh due to the busy schedule.

Thank you so much for the opportunity to serve in this position for the past few months. I’ve greatly enjoyed and appreciated the opportunities.

I am grateful for the valuable experiences and opportunities that I have gained during my time as Secretary. It has been a pleasure working with a dedicated team and contributing to the success of the school. I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the support and guidance I have received from the president and the entire team.  

Please consider this letter as my official resignation from the post mentioned above. I wish the organization continued success and growth in the future. If there is anything else I can do to ensure a smooth transition or assist during this time, please let me know.

I wish the school alumni continued success, and I hope to stay in touch in the future as only a well wisher.
